Social Media Management provides ongoing strategic support for businesses that want a consistent and professional online presence without managing daily posting themselves. This service focuses on editing, organizing, scheduling, and strategically posting content provided by the client to maintain brand visibility and engagement across platforms. All photos, videos, and promotional materials must be provided by the client. Content creation and on-location filming are not included and must be booked separately. Essential Management: • Instagram management (primary platform) • Facebook cross-posting • Editing client-provided content • Caption writing & hashtag strategy • Scheduling & posting • Up to 12 posts per month • Monthly strategy call Growth Management (Most Popular): • Everything in Essential • Up to 16-20 posts per month • Strategy optimization • Content direction guidance • Performance insights • Bi-weekly strategy calls Premium Brand Management: • Everything in Growth • Up to 20-24 posts per month • Weekly strategy calls • Brand positioning support • Campaign planning guidance • Engagement monitoring • Priority communication • Select cross-promotion on Candi Coated Secrets platforms when aligned Performance insights and analytics are reviewed during scheduled strategy calls. Services operate on a month-to-month basis. A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Candi Coated Secrets Creative Services. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms: Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or project start date. Payment plans must be arranged prior to booking. Scheduling Appointments and project timelines begin once onboarding requirements and requested materials have been received. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a new booking. Turnaround Time Turnaround time begins after the information and materials have been submitted by the client. Revisions Services include one structured revision window unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require a separate booking. Refund Policy Due to the strategic and customized nature of services provided, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Late Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session. A new booking may be required to reschedule. Client Responsibility Results depend on implementation, consistency, and client participation following strategic recommendations.
