Services are offered for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Each service covers one platform only unless otherwise specified.

The Social Media Makeover is designed for one platform at a time. If you’d like to include more, just let us know—additional services and pricing will apply.

Platform selection is based on your goals, audience, and content type. Research and recommendations are included to ensure the platform makes sense for your brand.

Both options are available: Remote Content Creation: You provide footage, editing and strategy are handled by you. Full-Service Content Production: Filming, direction, and creation are done for you.

Because of the time, strategy, and care we put into every service, all bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unavailable at your scheduled time, the appointment is canceled to avoid disrupting other clients. Rescheduling appointments requires a $65 rescheduling fee No-call, no-shows result in forfeiting the service and requires a new booking

Referral rewards are added once your referral books and completes a paid service. Keep in mind, rewards and promotions can’t be combined unless we say so!

Bring your goals and ideas, and be ready to take notes! If content is needed, make sure to send it on time to keep things running smoothly.

Short-term management options (1-2 weeks) are available. Long-term management is offered selectively to ensure quality and balance.
