Cancellation Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE SCHEDULED CALL REQUIREMENT Your intake call is required at the exact time you selected when booking. If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment is automatically cancelled to prevent delays or conflicts with other clients reserved appointments. RESCHEDULING If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness or unavailability, you may reschedule for a $65 rescheduling fee. Payment of this fee must be completed before a new appointment is confirmed. NO-CALL/ NO-SHOW A no-call / no-show results in the full cancellation of the service, and you will be required to book a new appointment at full price if you wish to proceed.
