Content Creation Options On-Location Filming: I travel to your business or selected location to capture branded content while providing creative direction, guidance on angles and lighting, and strategic support to ensure your content aligns with your brand presence. Selected clips are professionally edited and prepared for social media use. Local travel is included. Projects outside the local service area may require an additional travel fee based on distance and scheduling. Editing (Client-Provided Footage): For clients who already have photos or videos but need professional structure and polish. Submitted footage will be reviewed, organized, and edited into cohesive, branded social media content ready for posting. Please note: Footage must be clear and usable. Content requiring significant correction or recreation may require additional editing fees. Bonus Visibility Opportunity Select projects may be featured across Candi Coated Secrets platforms for cross-promotion and increased exposure. Turnaround Time Turnaround begins once filming is completed or all required content has been received. Content Creation services focus on capturing and preparing content. Ongoing posting or account management services are available separately.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Candi Coated Secrets Creative Services. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms: Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or project start date. Payment plans must be arranged prior to booking. Scheduling Appointments and project timelines begin once onboarding requirements and requested materials have been received. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a new booking. Turnaround Time Turnaround time begins after the information and materials have been submitted by the client. Revisions Services include one structured revision window unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require a separate booking. Refund Policy Due to the strategic and customized nature of services provided, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Late Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session. A new booking may be required to reschedule. Client Responsibility Results depend on implementation, consistency, and client participation following strategic recommendations.
